Nationwide were contracted to replace all R22 across the estate including over 100 splits, VRV’s, chillers, cold rooms and DX condensers.
All of the hotels were ‘live’ and required strategic planning and coordination around the guests to ensure no loss of revenue of any of the hotels. Areas of work included bedrooms, restaurants, bars, receptions, conference rooms, night clubs and back of house areas.
The new equipment was selected as Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin for maximum energy savings, inverter technology, CO2 reductions and ease of installation with R22 replacement technology.
All replacements were completed on time, and within Clients budgets along with 7 year warranties on the new equipment allowing the Client peace of mind, reduced maintenance costs and immediate energy savings.
